Cancellations & Refunds

We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel your order, please email us at shivshaktiprovision18@gmail.com or call us at 9890379728.

Once the order has been dispatched from our studio, it cannot be cancelled.

Our heritage products are often handcrafted and unique. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging.

• The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (UPI) within 5-7 business days.
